IconCool Manager is the ideal solution to manage, save, edit, rip, convert, search or resize icons. It also includes a library of 1300 icons, with dozens of examples, and organized in a tree structure to make things easier.

You can use IconCool Manager to look for icons in the library using keywords, letting you edit the keywords to find each icon. The search, rip and conversion tab lets you see the icons within the file they are contained, and save them in ICO, CUR, ICL, GIF, JPG, EMF, WBMP or BMP formats.

Other special functions in IconCool Manager include managing transparent icons, support for non-standard large sized icons, and a special editor for website icons.
